The weekend is finally here which means it's time to relax and of course take pictures! Being the crazy kids we are we decided to drive downtown to take pictures. We found the perfect spot in a small park right in the heart of KC. Such a great way to start the lovely weekend. 

My go to bag lately has been my black monogrammed tote. I purchased this bag at a leather outlet in KC for an unbelievable price. I got in monogrammed myself to add a personalized touch. 

I always love layering delicate bracelets. I recently purchased this Kendra Scott Elton Rose Gold Bracelet from her new collection. I love how you can pair it with anything.

Emma: Spring Friday

Andie and I took advantage of this beautiful Friday and shot some photos downtown! I'm wearing the casual ensemble that I wore to school.

I love the versatility of this navy chiffon blouse. Whether it be dressed up or down, it is a simple staple that everyone should have in their closet.

I've found myself drawn towards these destroyed jeans more and more lately! They're a nice detour from my typical streamlined style.

THESE SHOES. I'm too obsessed. I love how they can add a vibrant pop to any simple outfit!

This necklace is one of my new faves. It's such a simple, beautiful piece! I love that it can be coordinated into any outfit, regardless of the color palette. It's a handmade piece with loads of flair!

Emma: In Awe of April

I'm in love with this weather. Despite the rain, and the days without sun, I can always look forward to wearing shorts for a warm afternoon. This outfit has everything to do with spring, and even more to do with elegance.

I like balance. I always think that it's important to mix simplicity with fun; that's where my headband makes it's mark. A truly gorgeous piece, it creates harmony, literally from head to toe.

Another dash of blue, my bracelets are delicate and flirty, neatly stacking with my beloved gold watch.

Talk about timeless transitioning!

These shoes have prevailed through the change of season, acclimating perfectly to my springtime pastel pallet.

My top is a gorgeous cream chiffon, coordinating nicely with my baby pink shorts. Not a definite match of color, these two shades are just close enough to faintly stand out from each other without harshly contrasting.

It should come as no surprise that I love this headband. The color and scale give way to endless possibilities. You will no doubt be seeing it often this spring!

Andie: Spring Florals

The weeks have been flying by and soon summer will be here. I can't even begin to explain how crazy it feels that the school year is almost over. With summer approaching quickly I've been purchasing summer clothing and trust me it's been rough on the wallet. I adore this romper that I purchased at Nordstrom a couple weeks ago. Floral prints and pastel colors are my go to this season. I slipped on my Jack Roger Hampton Navajo sandals in platinum, grabbed my Rebecca Minkoff M.A.C crossbody, and headed out the door on this beautiful Friday.

Andie: Spring Beauty Favorites

April showers bring May flowers, what else does April bring? New beauty favorites! Spring has finally come and I have some of my favorite beauty products to share with you!

My favorite perfume to wear in the spring is Tory Burch. The rich floral smell of peony and citrus makes this scent perfect for this time of year.

Laura Mercier tinted moisturizer is perfect when you need just a little bit of coverage. 

Purity by Philosophy is my favorite facial cleanser at the moment. It is gentle on your face and has a great scent. 

I usually don't buy expensive lip products because I don't think they look any different than the typical drug store kind but I love YSL Rouge Volupte. It is super creamy and adds a good pop of color. 

Finally to take it all off I use the Burt's Bees pink grapefruit facial cleansing towelettes. I love these because they aren't rough on your skin and take off most of your makeup in one wipe. They also smell like sweet grapefruit.
